Is there a silver lining to this pandemic?
I’ve been speaking to lots of people (clients and friends) about their eating habits during the pandemic, and many people have been creating healthy habits. I hope they will stick! Here are a few:
- Cooking more (and learning to cook!)
- Eating at home as a family and planning meals
- Minding your portions (portion control)
- Practicing stress reduction techniques –exercise, meditation, spending time in nature
