I am a big fan of incorporating mindful eating strategies to any eating plan. Mindful eating helps you become more in tune with all your senses – the sight, smell, and taste of food– and to eat without distractions. Followers of mindful eating focus on recognizing internal feelings of hunger and listening to the body’s needs.
