This banana loaf recipe is both delicious and nutritious. With bananas and oats as the primary ingredients, you can’t go wrong with this winning combo. Bananas are rich in potassium and fiber while oats are a good source of soluble fiber which help to lower cholesterol, stabilize blood sugar levels, and keep you feeling satisfied.
The dEATs:
Blend:
2 ripe bananas
1/3 cup avocado oil
2/3 cup date syrup (silan)
2 eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
After blending all ingredients, mix in chocolate chips and some seeds (optional).
Pour batter into greased loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes on 350F degrees.
Yield: 8-10 portions.
Store in the refrigerator for up to a week!
