Eat more whole foods (fruits, vegetables, whole grains)
Limit ultra-processed foods (candy, soda, refined grains)
Include more fiber
Add probiotics:
* yogurt
* sourdough bread
* sauerkraut
* kimchi
* miso
Add prebiotics ( fruits, vegetables, beans)
Include a variety of foods to diversify the bacteria in the gut.
