Cool off with this yummy snack! It is perfect for a summer treat.
Blueberry yogurt clusters are a crunchy, delicious, and healthy treat. A simple recipe with only 3 ingredients and it can be customized to your liking! It is so refreshing and sweet that you can pop one in your mouth like candy (well, not exactly, but close enough!)
Here (and below) are the ingredients along with instructions.
🫐🍦🥜Here’s what you’ll need:
🍦Vanilla flavored yogurt (Choose low-fat over non-fat)
🫐Blueberries
🥜Chopped nuts
🫐🍦🥜How to make:
1. Wash the blueberries.
2. Mix vanilla-flavored yogurt and the blueberries in a bowl.
3. Add chopped nuts (optional).
4. Scoop onto parchment paper.
5. Freeze for at least several hours.
6. Once it is frozen you can enjoy it! You can store leftovers in the freezer.
🍯You can add other toppings as well, including seeds, dried fruits, granola or even drizzle some honey!
