Hello,
With so many supplements on the market, you might wonder if you need one to stay healthy. In this brief video, I discuss why a whole foods diet is often a better choice.
Whole foods provide a complex mix of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants that work together in ways supplements can’t fully replicate. Nutrients from food are typically better absorbed and come without the risks of over-supplementation. Plus, a balanced diet supports overall well-being beyond just meeting nutrient needs—it promotes gut health, stabilizes energy levels, and helps regulate appetite.
That said, some people may benefit from specific supplements, such as vitamin D in the winter, B12 for those on a plant-based diet, or iron for individuals with deficiencies. But for most, focusing on nutrient-rich whole foods is the best foundation for lasting health.
Watch the brief video below to learn why you may prefer to eat a whole foods diet instead of taking supplements for better health.
Save your $$ and invest in real foods for better health.
Have a great day.
Warmly,
Lisa
