Hello,

Hoping your week is off to a great start.

I love hummus so I thought I’d share a favorite recipe for creamy homemade hummus.

Here’s a yummy simple 5-ingredient recipe for a nutritious, protein-packed dip! I love spreading it on toast, pairing with veggies, or adding to my favorite meals! 🥖🥕

What you’ll need:

  • 2 cups canned garbanzo beans (You can also opt to use dried beans and soak overnight.)
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
  3. Enjoy as a dip, spread, or base for other dishes!

Health Benefits:
Chickpeas are packed with plant-based protein & fiber for digestion, tahini provides healthy fats & essential minerals, and lemon juice adds vitamin C for immune support! A delicious and nourishing way to fuel your body!

Enjoy!

Have a healthy week.

Warmly,

Lisa
