Hello,

Enjoy this yummy chocolate blueberry yogurt bark, the easiest healthy sweet treat that gives you that chocolate fill as well.

🍫🫐

Here’s a step-by-step guide.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup blueberries
• 5 oz vanilla yogurt
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate
• sea salt

Directions:
• line tray + add blueberries
• cover with yogurt
• drizzle melted chocolate
• smooth it out
• sprinkle sea salt
• freeze 5–10 mins
• break into pieces

Optional: Sprinkle coconut or chopped walnuts on top.

Healthy bonus 🫐: Blueberries and yogurt make a nutrient-packed combo: yogurt provides gut-friendly probiotics and protein, while blueberries add antioxidants, fiber, and natural sweetness. Together, they support digestion, heart health, and a satisfying, energizing snack.

It is fresh, simple, healthy and seriously delicious.💙

Tell me any modifications you enjoy!

Have a great week!

Warmly,

Lisa
