Hello,

I’ve been observing Passover this past week and I’m always looking for fun sweet treats. This one hit the spot so I wanted to share it! I plan to enjoy it throughout the year.

Enjoy these Chocolate Almond Date Rolls!

They are naturally sweet, simple to make, and super healthy.

Ingredients:
• 16 soft dates (pitted + halved)
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
• avocado spray
• 1/4 cup almonds
• 1–2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
• sea salt

Directions:
Line up your dates on parchment paper and lightly spray so they don’t stick.
Roll the dates out into a thin, even sheet.
Melt your chocolate and spread it over the dates.
Add almonds and a sprinkle of sea salt.
Roll it up tightly like a cinnamon roll.
Coat the outside in toasted sesame seeds.
Place in the fridge for 10–20 minutes until set.
Slice and serve.

They taste better than a candy bar! Seriously!

Have a healthy week!

Warmly,

Lisa
