Is hummus healthy? What about OJ? I weigh in on some of your favorite foods.

I was recently interviewed by journalist Ariel Scotti from Pure Wow for a series of articles about the healthfulness of some of your favorite foods—hummus, orange juice, almond milk, and pickles. As a nutritionist, I regularly get asked about these foods.
