Hello,

When working with clients, whether it be to lose weight, to eat to prevent or treat a chronic disease, or simply to be a little healthier, I like to approach nutrition from a place of positivity. Rather than focusing on what you shouldn’t eat for good health, instead, I like to focus on healthy+delicious foods you can ADD to your diet. In this brief video, I discuss how to create positive nutrition vibes by focusing on foods you can add to your diet.

✨✨
Enjoy and have a great week!
Warmly,

Lisa
